This Refund Policy covers all paid purchases from Future English Academy (“FEA,” “we,” “us”): program enrollments (IELTS Hero Solo, IELTS Hero Pro, IELTS Hero Speaking Mocks) and prepaid AI credit packs. Payments are collected in BDT via bKash, and in USD by card and wallet through Paddle, our merchant of record — Paddle processes card payments, taxes and refunds on our behalf.

You may request a full refund of a program enrollment within 3 days (72 hours) of your payment, provided you have attended fewer than 2 live classes. Using the platform’s self-study features during this window — practice exercises, mock exams, or AI feedback — does not affect your eligibility.
After 3 days from payment, program enrollments are non-refundable. If we cancel a scheduled live class and cannot reschedule it, that class does not count as attended for the purposes of this policy.
AI credit packs are a prepaid, consumable digital service and are non-refundable once delivered, as credits are spent immediately on AI grading and feedback. We may still issue a refund as a courtesy in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
If you were charged twice, or charged an amount different from the price displayed at checkout, we will refund the incorrect charge in full — the 3-day window and usage conditions do not apply to billing errors. Tell us within 30 days and we will make it right.

We respond to every request within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method: bKash payments are returned to the bKash number that paid, and card payments are refunded through Paddle to the original card. Please allow up to 7 business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank or bKash.
When a refund is paid, the refunded program’s paid access is revoked. Any progress data on your free account stays yours, and credits you already spent are not restored.
The IELTS Hero Pro cashback reward is earned only by completing the program and achieving the required average band — which is verified months after enrollment, long after the 3-day refund window has closed. Refunds and cashback therefore never overlap.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on your payment date is the one that applies to your purchase. This policy does not affect any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.
