Future English Academy ("FEA," "we," "our," or "us") is an online English learning platform operated in Bangladesh. We offer programs including Speaking Hero, IELTS Hero, and English Hero.

We collect the following categories of information:
Name, email address, and profile photo collected when you sign in via Google OAuth.
WhatsApp number (verified via SMS), location, gender, occupation, education level, English proficiency, goals, and referral source — collected when you register for a program.
Payments in BDT are processed via bKash; card and wallet payments in USD are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details. We keep payment references: transaction IDs, amounts, the bKash account/payer reference or Paddle customer and transaction IDs, and refund records.
Class attendance, practice and mock exam results (including band scores), AI credit balance and usage history, daily study plan progress, challenge submissions (including audio recordings and text), and points. This is used to deliver and improve the learning experience.
Browser type, device type, IP address, and page visit data collected automatically via Google Analytics and PostHog for analytics and security purposes.
