Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must use the Services with parent or legal guardian permission and supervision. You may request a refund within 3 days of payment only if you have not started the purchased program or service. After service start, fees are non-refundable unless required by law or approved by FEA at its sole discretion.

All course materials, class resources, platform content, branding, and related assets are owned by or licensed to FEA and are protected by law. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal learning use only.
Content you submit (including audio, video, text, assignments, and responses) becomes the property of FEA, to be used for service delivery, evaluation, quality improvement, training, research, product development, and internal operations, subject to applicable law.
FEA provides educational guidance and training support. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
We aim for reliable service, but availability may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party platform outages. FEA is not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
FEA may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, non-payment, legal risk, or harmful conduct. Where practical, we will provide notice before termination; however, immediate action may be taken when necessary for safety, security, or legal compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FEA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. FEA's total liability for any claim related to paid Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific affected Service.
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. FEA operates primarily in Bangladesh. If you access the Services from other regions, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Where applicable law grants you additional data rights (including certain EU/UK rights), FEA will honor those rights as required.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Before legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via support at admin@futureenglishacademy.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangladesh.
FEA may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting with a revised effective date. Continued use of Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
