Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Future English Academy services — including Speaking Hero, IELTS Hero (Solo, Pro, and Speaking Mocks), English Hero, our AI-powered practice and feedback features, and any current or future programs, courses, classes, website features, and related services (collectively, the "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. About Us

Future English Academy ("FEA," "we," "our," or "us") provides English learning programs and related educational services.

3. Eligibility and Guardian Consent

You may use the Services only if you can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must use the Services with parent or legal guardian permission and supervision. By registering, you confirm that any required guardian consent has been obtained.

4. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for:

1. Providing accurate and complete registration information.
2. Keeping your account credentials secure.
3. All activities under your account.

You must not share your account with others.

5. Payments and Access

1. Fees are shown at checkout/registration and are payable in the listed currency and method. Payments in BDT are collected via bKash; card and wallet payments in USD are collected by Paddle, our merchant of record, which processes the payment, taxes, invoices, and refunds on our behalf.
2. AI credit packs are a prepaid, consumable digital service: credits are spent as you use AI feedback features and are non-refundable once delivered (see our Refund Policy below).
3. Access to paid Services and purchased credits is granted automatically once the payment is verified. Pending, failed, or disputed payments do not provide paid access unless explicitly approved by FEA.

6. Refund Policy

Program enrollments may be refunded in full within 3 days (72 hours) of payment, provided fewer than 2 live classes have been attended. AI credit packs are non-refundable once delivered. Billing errors — double charges or incorrect amounts — are always refunded in full. The complete rules, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Share or resell account access.
2. Harass, abuse, or threaten instructors, staff, or learners.
3. Record, copy, distribute, or repost paid content without permission.
4. Cheat, impersonate others, or misrepresent identity.
5. Spam or misuse the platform for unauthorized promotion.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, class resources, platform content, branding, and related assets are owned by or licensed to FEA and are protected by law. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal learning use only.

Content you submit (including audio, video, text, assignments, and responses) becomes the property of FEA, to be used for service delivery, evaluation, quality improvement, training, research, product development, and internal operations, subject to applicable law.

9. Educational Disclaimer

FEA provides educational guidance and training support. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

1. IELTS score improvements,
2. job placement or interview success,
3. admission, visa, or other external results.

Some feedback and scores on the platform are generated by automated AI systems. AI band scores are practice estimates only — they are not official IELTS results and do not guarantee your performance in a real IELTS test.

10. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service, but availability may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party platform outages. FEA is not liable for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Suspension and Termination

FEA may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, non-payment, legal risk, or harmful conduct. Where practical, we will provide notice before termination; however, immediate action may be taken when necessary for safety, security, or legal compliance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FEA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. FEA's total liability for any claim related to paid Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific affected Service.

13. Privacy and International Users

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. FEA operates primarily in Bangladesh. If you access the Services from other regions, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Where applicable law grants you additional data rights (including certain EU/UK rights), FEA will honor those rights as required.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Before legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via support at admin@futureenglishacademy.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangladesh.

15. Changes to Terms

FEA may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting with a revised effective date. Continued use of Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
